Dr. Howard Tennant is President and Vice-Chancellor Emeritus, University of Lethbridge and Professor of Management. He currently serves on the boards of the National Research Council (Ottawa), Statistics Canada (Ottawa), and Chairs the Canadian Advisory Board to the Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. (Calgary) in addition to owning and managing Tennant Management Ltd. (Lethbridge). He is a Member of the Order of Canada.
