Mr. Frank Stanford is currently CEO, Wellpoint Systems Inc. He was Vice President of Information Services for Western Canada at a large gas transmission company. He has more than 20 years experience bringing information technology solutions to the energy industry. He has headed IT groups for exploration and production, pipeline and midstream businesses. In addition, he was a key executive at an ASP (application service provider), helping it grow to become the largest vendor of its type in North America. Mr. Stanford's completed his B.Sc at the University of Alberta and MD at the Bringham Young University.
